1. Nose Print Collection
After placing your order, please email the following details to our customer service team:
Pet’s Nose Photo: Please ensure the photo has even lighting, the nose is wiped dry, and no flash is used. Aim for the closest possible distance for maximum detail.
Engraving Details: If you require engraving, please include the specific text in your email.
2. Information Verification
Once the initial design draft is completed, our team will send you an email to confirm:
The specific area of the nose print to be used.
The engraving content and layout.
3. Production & Shipping
Production begins immediately after the draft is finalized.
Production Cycle: 20–30 days.
Return Policy: As these are personalized, custom-made items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
