Production Process
1. Nose Print Collection
After placing your order, please send the following details to our customer service by email:
Nose Photo: High-quality photo of your dog/cat's nose (ensure even lighting, wipe away any saliva, do not use flash, and take the photo as close as possible).
Finger Measurement: Your ring size/finger circumference.
Engraving: Please include your desired text if you requested engraving.
2. Information Verification
Once the initial draft is ready, our customer service will email you to confirm:
The specific area of the nose print to be used.
The ring size.
The engraving details.
3. Production & Shipping
Production begins once the draft is finalized.
Lead Time: 20–30 days.
Note: As this is a personalized custom product, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
